The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00

About the Role:
As a Senior UX Researcher supporting Guest Experience in Stores, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding and shaping the experiences that millions of guests have in Target stores each year. You will help define the future of how guests shop, discover products, navigate stores, receive service, and interact with digital and physical experiences across the store environment.
You will evolve how we understand guest behaviors, needs, motivations, and pain points throughout the end-to-end shopping journey. This includes experiences spanning in-store shopping, omnichannel fulfillment, digital-assisted shopping, store services, and emerging retail experiences. You will influence product, service, and operational decisions by bringing the voice of the guest into strategic conversations and ensuring solutions align with guest needs, business objectives, and operational realities.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
