In compliance with applicable state laws, Target is required to provide notice of electronic monitoring to team members.  Target has certain legal rights and obligations to follow company policies, ensure safety, maintain security standards, protect confidentiality, monitor productivity, gain business insights, and otherwise further Target’s legitimate business needs.  Accordingly, Target reserves the right to electronically monitor by any lawful means: 1) telephone conversations, emails, or internet access or usage by a team member through any of Target’s electronic devices or systems (e.g., computer, telephone, applications); and 2) Target Premises, except that cameras will not be installed in sensitive places (e.g., restrooms, lactation rooms, changing areas).
