What to do before, during and after an interview.
Before the interview
Remember that you’re interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you.
- Get familiar. Familiarize yourself with the job description so you can speak about the position and your qualifications.
- Get curious. Prepare questions about the position, the team, the business or anything you want to know more about.
- Get confident. Imagine the interview experience by developing and practicing answers to questions about your experiences and skills.

During the interview
Remember, an interview is just a conversation, and being yourself is your greatest strength.
- Introduce yourself. The interview will start with introductions, followed by an overview of what the job is and what the interviewer hopes to learn about you.
- Timing is everything. Manage your response time and aim for about five minutes per question.
- Show your skills. Share responses related to the required skills and values in each question.
Wrapping up & after the interview
Keep the communication going to show your interest.
- Show your appreciation! Thank your interviewer for their time and confirm next steps.
- Don’t give up! If you don’t receive an offer for a role, consider and inquire about any additional openings where your skills may be better suited.
