Interviewing

We use a variety of interviewing methods, choosing the most suitable option based on the position and location, including:

  • Phone and virtual interviews: These are live conversations between you and interviewer, either over the phone or through a virtual meeting platform.
  • In-person interviews: You would meet with the interviewer face-to-face at a designated location.
  • Recorded video interviews: You would respond to pre-recorded questions, and the interviewer will review your responses at a later time. All that's needed is a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a good internet connection

You may experience one or more of the above formats depending on the number of interviews and other factors.
