Within our Food Distribution Centers, you may encounter coolers and freezer areas that are carefully maintained at various temperature levels. Some are below freezing to ensure optimal conditions for food safety and quality. Dressing for cooler temperatures is key, and we provide protective gear to keep you safe and warm.
Most jobs and tasks can be physically demanding.

You may lift and carry up to 2,000 cartons daily, with weights averaging between 35 to 50 pounds. We train for proper lifting so you can move freight safely. A desire for high paced work and resiliency is key.
Acclimating to the work environment can take time.

Our facilities are equipped with heavy machinery and automation, creating a loud environment. To ensure your safety, we provide hearing protection. Please note that headphones or earbuds are not permitted on the warehouse floor for safety reasons.
Expect to stay physically active and on your feet throughout the shift as you help keep products moving.

You may be walking and standing for your designated work hours, contributing directly to the fast-paced rhythm of our supply chain operations. You may stand or walk for your entire shift on solid concrete surfaces, so proper footwear is a must.
Safety and teamwork come first in the warehouse environment.

Team member safety is our highest priority, and we have daily safety meetings where you perform warmups for your work, in addition to team huddles.
Operating powered equipment is part of every job.

Team members operate powered equipment which may include but not limited to pallet jacks and wrapping machines and our Warehouse Workers also operate powered industrial trucks, which may include but are not limited to forklifts and reach trucks. We provide training for all equipment and have rigorous safety protocols.
