Hybrid / Flex for Your Day
The majority of headquarters team members work in a hybrid environment, known internally as flex for your day.
Flex for your day team members balance their time between working onsite at Target headquarters and working virtually, based on business needs and team routines.
Remote
Remote team members complete their core responsibilities primarily from home or an alternate, non-Target location. Occasional travel to a Target location may be required.
