Guests rely on us every day to quickly and efficiently help them with inquiries such as credit card statements, finding a product, price match, returns, and much more. We ensure guests can leverage their Circle Card to get exclusive benefits. Guests and B2B clients also rely on us to buy
gift cards for that special occasion. Suppliers rely on us to assist with financial management, sourcing and procurement processes, compliance and risk assessment processes, coordinating visits for field engineers, providing support for Target+ and Roundel Partners, as well as supporting revenue growth to accelerate vendor acquisition and onboarding for partners.
About You:
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Excellent communication skills with both business partners and other engineering teams
- Familiar with Agile principles and possess a team attitude
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements
- Experience in building applications using Java or Kotlin is a must
- Experience in building UI using react/Next.js is preferable
- Experience in microservices, Spring Boot/Micronaut, NoSQL databases, and event driven architecture
- Experience in building high-performance scalable APIs.
- Experience with NoSQL technologies Cassandra, Elastic search, MongoDB is a plus Deep experience writing unit and functional tests and test-driven development
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines Kafka and Docker experience
