The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45

A role with Space, Presentation & Transitions means you’re on a mission to create better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. We are responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. On the Space side, we do this by using analytics to determine the appropriate footage for each assortment for every store (“adjacency”). Each store's assortment is assigned to a planogram (POG) which is developed in Presentation to ensure the localized assortment meets presentation objectives and is associated to the correct location in a store. We believe that making increasingly better space allocation and presentation decisions will increase sales, improve guest satisfaction and reduce out-of-stocks. Here, you’ll partner with and manage cross-functional project teams in Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, Store Operations and Non-Retail Procurement from strategy to execution to achieve an inspiring and convenient in-store guest experience.

As a Sr Specialist, Space, Presentation & Transitions you will provide support for the entire Space, Presentation & Transitions process from the beginning to end. You will create materials and adjacencies for our existing and New & Remodel stores and assist planogram team members in the proofing and publishing process. You will be responsible for maintenance of store plans and adjacencies and partnering with Store Design and your SPT team for accuracy. You will also assist adjacency team members in the development and execution of space moves. You will also be responsible for tracking, researching, distributing, and following up on all communication to ensure prompt resolution. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr Specialist.

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word and Excel)

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
