The pay range per hour is $25.96 - $46.68

As a Lead Item Operations Specialist within Enterprise Item on the Enterprise Item Operations team, you will drive operational excellence in the areas of item set up, item data management and data quality ultimately enabling the best guest experience. As a trusted and experienced partner, you will step in to support, coach and drive critical work across Enterprise Item in short term capacity. You will build and maintain relationships across all core business teams and stake holders in the collection, analysis, and application of item data. You will also have diverse and unique opportunities to drive critical outcomes for Enterprise Item Initiatives and ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Support core item teams and merchandising partners in the capacity of item set up and maintenance
• Represent and advocate Enterprise Item Policies and procedures
• Manage coordinated item maintenance activities to ensure item data accuracy and consistency.
• Investigative problem solving with high level partner engagement
• Support Process and Product evolution through testing and validation activities

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as IDS in a core Target business or similar item experience.
• Work independently; from start to closure of all assignments.
• High curiosity for new work experiences
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with ability to inform and influence at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexible
• Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and initiative
• Experience working with international teams

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
