This role serves as the authoritative business interface between Store Design, Product/Technology and the rest of the enterprise as well as external partners - defining what the business needs and why, while partnering on how solutions are delivered. You will set the digital roadmap, govern standards and workflows, and own adoption outcomes across Architecture, Engineering, Store Planning,

  • Ability to develop a strategy and communicate ROI on applications of data / value of effort.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple internal disciplines and external partners.
  • Proven experience defining content, drawing, or data management standards and driving adoption across distributed teams and partners.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners often without direct authority.
  • Highly self-directed, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and accountable for outcomes in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Desired but not required:

  • Experience working within or alongside Product-led delivery models
  • Experience shaping or maturing governance frameworks for digital capabilities or enterprise platforms
