As a Senior Manager, Associate Creative Director (ACD), Digital Copywriting, you will be a driving force in Target Creative by leading a Copywriting team that supports e-commerce/digital marketing across all categories of business.
You will support and develop the talent on your team, including writers at all levels of experience. In addition to managing a team, you will also lead special creative projects and process initiatives, developing breakthrough digital marketing for multiple brands and categories. You will evaluate work through the lens of creative, but also guest experience and marketing goals. You will build and maintain partnerships across Marketing, Merchandising and within Target Creative leadership.
You will work to evolve how we create work, approaching new projects and existing workstreams in new, faster and more efficient ways. You will establish strategies for achieving individual and team goals that align to the broader Target Creative vision and drive successful outcomes. We’ll support you along the way with personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr. Manager, ACD. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience, including e-commerce/digital marketing and copywriting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach digital copywriters, providing meaningful feedback and elevating performance.
• Broad knowledge of retail business categories.
• Possesses refined interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills, taking the initiative to align partners across teams.
• Ability to lead a team through challenging moments, keeping them motivated and results-focused.
