The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00

A role within Roundel is an opportunity to be part of a strategic priority business for Target. In this role, you will shape and advance Roundel’s Google Search, YouTube, and Influencer capabilities, driving performance, innovation, and measurable growth across these key channels. You’ll translate advertiser and stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions that maximize media effectiveness, improve activation workflows, and unlock new opportunities within the evolving digital ecosystem. Be bold, curious, and energized by solving complex challenges across the evolving digital media landscape. Success in this role depends on your ability to translate platform capabilities, advertiser needs, and performance data into clear, actionable strategies that accelerate growth across the key channels. You will partner closely with Go-To-Market, Sales, Performance & Insights, and cross-functional Product teams to bring innovative solutions to market, optimize channel performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained, and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all products, technology, discovery, and design work.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback, and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, analysts, and business partners to deliver a product. This is a high-performing team, working in concert to identify and tune multiple factors to drive highly desirable and meaningful business results.

You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of product management expertise preferably in the AdTech, advertising, marketing domain
  • Experience working with platforms like Google Search, YouTube, LTK, Microsoft Search tool stack preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy to understand terminology across Operations, Product, and Technology
  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, navigate competing interests
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, initiatives, and product improvements based on market needs and revenue potential
  • Ability to ensure alignment with legal, compliance, and privacy standards, particularly around user data and ad tracking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
