If so, you will have success on one of our dynamic teams.

The Global Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy & Operations team establishes and drives delivery of the multi-year supply chain strategy while creating accountability to financial and operational outcomes. The team governs the portfolio of strategic programs that power our long-term transformation and ensures disciplined execution, value realization, and leadership alignment across the enterprise.

As a Lead Program Manager, Program Management within Supply Chain’s Strategy & Operations (S&O) you will drive the implementation of Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSCL)’s strategy of the Unified Plan at the program and/or initiative level. • Partner across Strategy & Operations (S&O), inclusive of portfolio management, value, and change and communications, as well as with partners across GSCL and enterprise, inclusive of program/initiative leads and sponsors plus product, tech, finance, and more.
  • Lead program and initiative translation of conceptual strategies into project plans, including project charters, road mapping and work sequence while ensuring connections back to the GSCL strategy unified plan, including cross dependencies and visibility to conflicting priorities and tradeoffs
  • Ensure the program or initiative meets committed financial and operational outcomes.
  • Operate with a forward vision by seeing around corners and anticipating future potential risks and needs. Partner closely with portfolio on intake and scope management.
  • Lead cross functional and leader routines including prep tied to Unified plan and program/initiatives, facilitating updates and recommendations to cross functional teams and leaders as well as driving connection to corresponding portfolio, value tracking and change status.
  • Manage initiative level risk and decision logs and support escalation and decision-making within initiatives as well as track dependencies
  • Leverage program and project management artifacts including tools (e.g. Smartsheet) as well as support leader updates and storytelling status artifacts (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Foster consistency, clarity, and rigor in program expectations, processes, analyses, and problem solving. Ensure strong quality management.
  • Promote a strong, trusting, and positive team and cross functional culture.

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy implementation, large-scale enterprise initiatives and transformation projects, or a related field.
  • Experience managing ambiguous, complex, strategic work at varying levels of details and time horizons.
  • Experience with program management execution, inclusive of developing & running governance routines, driving risk & decision management, and ability to ensure accountability across leaders & business partners
  • Ability to set a clear future state vision for yourself & partners as you progress along a multi-year roadmap
  • Excellent relationship management, ensuing strong working relationships with cross functional teams and leaders while influencing and supporting change management.
