The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00

The Workplace Accommodations Team ensures an inclusive experience for all Target team members by providing accommodations that enable team members to perform the essential functions of a position and to enjoy equal benefits and privileges of employment. Our team accomplishes this through deep subject matter expertise (SME) and building relationships while driving awareness and advocacy to meet team members’ needs consistently and effectively.
As an Accommodations Business Partner, you will be the primary contact working directly with team members (incl. candidates), local HR, and leaders in providing workplace accommodations, including assessment of the accommodation request, SME in determining reasonable accommodations available to meet the needs of the team member, coordination of implementation and monitoring of the accommodation over time to ensure it continues to meet the needs of team members. As a SME on Target’s accommodations processes, as well as state and federal disability and accommodation laws, you will collaborate and advocate on behalf of team members throughout the process to ensure accommodation needs are met.
This individual will answer general questions related to the accommodations process, understand each unique team member’s situation, respond to changing circumstances and needs and pave the way for a connected and trusted team member experience. The individual in this role must possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to develop creative and innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to translate business needs and goals into reasonable accommodations that will produce favorable results for Target team members and meet business needs.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
