Role Summary

The Knowledge Management Analyst (L4) will support the Knowledge Management team by driving structured governance operations, managing policy version control and tracking training compliance.

This role is execution-focused and responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, process adherence, and timely enablement across content governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Version Control

  • Maintain and update centralized repositories for policies, SOPs, and governance documentation.
  • Own version tracking and ensure approved updates are reflected across internal and partner-facing platforms.
  • Coordinate review and approval workflows (Legal, Partner Experience, Product) to ensure timely updates.

Training Governance & Enablement

  • Track completion of required trainings and maintain compliance dashboards.
  • Coordinate updates to training materials when policies or tools change.
  • Support onboarding and refresher sessions related to governance tools and content quality standards.

Tool Launch & Change Support

  • Support rollout of governance and audit tools by updating documentation and process guides.
  • Ensure new workflows are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Monitor adoption and escalate gaps where needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, governance, knowledge management, or compliance roles.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing workflows and cross-functional coordination.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with dashboards, tracking tools, or audit systems preferred.

  • Reduced turnaround time for documentation updates post-approval
  • Clear, structured audit and enforcement reporting
