About us:

As a Fortune 50 company with more than 400,000 team members worldwide, Target is an iconic brand and one of America's leading retailers. Joining Target means promoting a culture of mutual care and respect and striving to make the most meaningful and positive impact. Becoming a Target team member means joining a community that values different voices and lifts each other up. Here, we believe your unique perspective is

important, and you'll build relationships by being authentic and respectful.

Team overview:

Target’s distinctive brand love is infused throughout its many physical locations by the Properties teams. We have a direct and positive impact on the real estate, design, construction and maintenance of our stores, distribution centers and headquarters. Are you ready to help strategically grow Target’s brand through leading-edge design, development, construction, and preservation? Can you effectively balance the efficiencies of a large-design build company with the unique challenges and innovative solutions required by individual sites? Then take your place on one of our Properties teams and help us make the most of Target’s physical footprint both in the U.S. and overseas.

If you’re energized by the opportunity to influence the full lifecycle of physical locations — from concept to ongoing operations — and enjoy connecting business needs with digital tools, join us in Properties Strategy & Operations. You’ll help drive innovation and scale through technology solutions that support every phase of the property lifecycle.

About the Role:

As a Properties Ops Analyst within the Strategy, Product & Innovation – Product & Analytics team, you will independently support the digital platforms and tools used across Target's entire physical location lifecycle. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for frontline user support; exercise discretion in resolving issues; ensure data integrity and adoption; and work cross-functionally to enhance system performance and usability.

This role requires the ability to use judgment and act independently to ensure that Properties strategy, real estate, design, construction, and property management teams can rely on well-supported systems to manage complex projects and operations effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently serve as the first point of contact for Properties users, providing timely support and exercising discretion in triaging technical issues across systems.
  • Resolve system functionality issues and use independent judgement to guide users, ensuring consistent and effective use of platforms and tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge base content to support training and promote user self-service.
  • Analyze support patterns and user behavior to identify recurring issues, exercising discretion in recommending and informing continuous product and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations and Product Managers to test, validate, and support the rollout of enhancements and fixes, applying judgment in identifying potential risks and impacts.

About You:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 1-4 years overall experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems within relevant domains such as real estate, design, construction, or facilities/property management.
  • Experience in SQL
  • Familiarity with system configuration, data management, and business process mapping.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications required
  • Good organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity; eager to learn new tools and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
