Take a Look! Here’s How Our Latest Remodels Are Making Your Target Run Even Easier

A key item on Target’s 2021 to-do list: Ramping up our investment in the easy, inspiring Target shopping experience our guests expect. It all starts in our stores, and in 2021, we’re giving about 150 of our locations a major glow-up, reimagining the shopping experience with top-to-bottom makeovers including modern fixtures, enhanced experiences and the latest in health and safety. These remodeled stores will join the more than 800 stores we’ve upgraded over the past four years. The inspiration is always our guests, and creating an only-at-Target experience they continue to turn to for years to come.

What’s in store

It’s no secret: Guests love our industry-leading same-day services, and in our latest round of remodels we’re expanding and upgrading our Guest Services, Order Pickup and Drive Up areas to make them even more convenient. Guests will also find the latest safety features throughout their updated store, from touchless bathroom fixtures to hand sanitizing stations.

Disney fans, techies and beauty buffs, get ready. At select remodeled locations, guests will see some of our new “shop in shop” experiences incorporated in their remodel, showcasing favorite products from brands like Ulta Beauty, Apple and Disney. And because we like to find ways for our stores to reflect their local communities, guests may see special touches like locally sourced wood used in the Guest Services areas of select stores.

Taking the “glow” on the road

There’s much more ahead. We’re bringing this enhanced shopping experience to hundreds more stores across the country in the years to come. And as always, we’ll continue to evolve and reimagine our store experience to best meet our guests’ needs and how they prefer to shop — now and into the future.
