Nearly 75% of U.S. consumers have purchased a product because of creator content* with people finding new products, getting inspired and deciding what to buy through creators who share shopping, style and everyday content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. As the most-followed big box retailer on TikTok, the Target brand shows up organically in the content people engage with every day and is well positioned to meet guests where they’re already discovering and shopping. That’s why we’re launching two new creator programs shaped by how people connect and engage today. For guests, that means more authentic ways to discover Target through the content and creators they already follow. For creators, it means more support to share the Target moments they already love.

Club Target supports our biggest fans and everyday creators through a guided, gamified experience that rewards their authentic engagement, giving members opportunities to create content inspired by their favorite Target finds and experiences.

And Target Ambassadors, powered by LTK, is a first-of-its-kind experience for established creators that offers expanded benefits and deeper brand access on a platform many already use. Together, these experiences reflect a more intentional approach to Target’s creator strategy.

Welcome to Club Target

Club Target is designed to help everyday creators make and share content about what they love at Target through a guided and gamified experience that includes:

  • Tools, tips and inspiration to help members create and share content
  • Weekly Instagram and TikTok challenges that invite creators to share their Target runs and favorite products
  • The chance to move through a multi-tiered program with rewards like Target gift cards, features on Target’s social channels, commission opportunities and more
  • A growing community where creators can connect around the trends and moments they love most

“Club Target has been such a rewarding experience because it combines things I genuinely love: shopping, creating and discovering new Target finds,” says creator and Club Target member Joany Dali. “It’s helped me grow more confident in my content, push myself creatively and stay true to my own style.”

Thousands of creators are currently participating in the Club Target pilot, and we plan to scale the program over time as the community grows.

A more seamless experience for established creators

Target Ambassadors, powered by LTK creates an integrated experience designed specifically for Target’s established creator partners on the LTK platform. It’s a first-of-its-kind ambassador program that lets creators work directly with Target inside the LTK experience where many already manage their businesses, create and publish original content and share that content across digital platforms, including the LTK app.

Built on LTK’s creator commerce infrastructure, the program gives Target a more seamless and scalable way to manage creator partnerships with thousands of creators. For creators in the program, the LTK Creator app includes a Target Ambassadors experience designed to make participation, performance tracking and growth with the brand more seamless. This goes beyond a traditional affiliate relationship, offering expanded benefits like increased commission rates, deeper brand access and new opportunities.

Target Ambassadors rewards our top-performing creators on LTK with access to:

  • A multi-tiered program based on commissionable Target sales
  • Exclusive campaign offers that give participants opportunities to earn more with Target
  • Enhanced commissions and other incentives like monthly bonuses for eligible content

We’re meeting our established creator partners where they are, making it simpler to feature products, earn and grow their audience. The result is a more integrated experience for creators, and an easier path for guests from discovery to checkout.
