About Future Collective  

  • Launched in September 2022, Future Collective features collections in partnership with a rotating roster of style and cultural influencers with diverse points of view.
  • Through Future Collective, Target offers a new style story and aesthetic with each partner, providing even more new and on-trend options — all at a great value. Each partner will encourage guests to explore and celebrate their own individual style.
  • All collections will be available on Target.com and in select Target stores, via our fast and free same-day Drive Up and Order Pickup services or delivered to your doorstep through Target’s same-day delivery with Shipt.

About the fifth collection: Future Collective with Jenny K. Lopez

  • Launched in February 2024, this collection was co-designed with Jenny K. Lopez, a Miami-based model turned fashion influencer (@lopezjennylopez on Instagram).
  • Jenny is known for her bold style choices that mix high-end and affordable pieces to create stunning, versatile looks.
  • The collection features a rich color palette inspired by Jenny's Colombian heritage, her lively hometown of Miami and some of her favorite vacation destinations. Transitional staples including dresses, textured sweaters and matching sets are influenced by Jenny’s sense of style and fashion expertise.
  • The collection of nearly 100 resort-ready apparel and accessories is available in an inclusive size range of XXS-4X and 00-30.
  • Prices range from $12-$60, with most items under $35.

About the fourth collection: Future Collective with Reese Blutstein

  • Launched in August 2023, this collection was co-designed with Atlanta-based fashion influencer and creative Reese Blutstein (@double3xposure on Instagram).
  • The collection was inspired by Reese’s love of vintage fashion trends, color combinations and nature. Combining effortless fashion with versatile closet staples, the collection encouraged everyone to find their perfect fashion-forward look.
  • The collection of more than 100 fall essentials included dresses, sweaters, tops, outerwear and skirts inspired by Reese’s unique approach to personal style, in an inclusive size range of XXS-4X and 00-30.
  • Prices ranged from $15-$70, with most items under $35.

About the third collection: Future Collective with Alani Noelle

  • Launched in May 2023, this collection was co-designed in partnership with Alani Noelle, a Brooklyn-based fashion creative with experience in design, styling, consulting and creative direction.
  • The collection celebrated the playful vibes of summer and Alani’s Puerto Rican heritage. Featuring bright, tropical designs, it included summer staples such as skirts, dresses, shorts and tops, with prices ranging from $15-$48, and most items under $35.
  • The collection of nearly 90 apparel and accessories items was available in an inclusive size range of XXS-4X and 00-30.
  • Future Collective with Alani Noelle is an example of how Target supports and partners with entrepreneurs, creators and designers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to deliver an assortment that meets guests’ needs and ensures all guests feel seen, welcomed and valued.

About the second collection: Future Collective with Gabriella Karefa-Johnson 

  • Launched in January 2023, this collection was co-designed in partnership with Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, a New York City-based fashion editor and stylist, and ran through spring 2023. The Future Collective with Gabriella Karefa-Johnson collection celebrated individual style while bringing Gabriella’s maximalist fashion aesthetic to the forefront through abstract prints, unique textures and bright pops of color punctuated by neutral hues.
  • The collection of nearly 100 items included dresses, skirts, outerwear, matching sets and trousers in an inclusive size range of XXS-4X and 00-30, and ranged in price from $10-$50, with most items under $35.
  • Future Collective with Gabriella Karefa-Johnson is one of the many ways Target supports and partners with Black entrepreneurs, creators and designers, further advancing our Racial Equity Action and Change (REACH) commitment.

About the first collection: Future Collective with Kahlana Barfield Brown

  • The Future Collective brand debuted in September 2022 with our first partner, Kahlana Barfield Brown, a Howard University alum and former InStyle Beauty Director turned style expert. The collection ran through January 2023.
  • One of Kahlana’s first collaborations with Target was on the Black Beyond Measure campaign, which highlighted the importance and rich history of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs).
  • The Future Collective with Kahlana Barfield Brown collection was inspired by Kahlana’s closet and personal fashion formula, and featured 120 streetwear-inspired pieces such as matching sets, dresses and trousers in an inclusive size range of XXS-4X.
  • Future Collective with Kahlana Barfield Brown is an example of our REACH commitment in action, supporting and partnering with Black entrepreneurs, creators and designers.
