This one’s for you, holiday superfans! Grab a peppermint mocha, crank up the holiday tunes and get ready for a joyful season at Target, with so many ways to shop and save.
“The holidays are a treasured time when our guests come together with family and friends to celebrate the joy of the season, and we’re here to make that as easy as possible for them to enjoy,” says Christina Hennington, executive vice president and chief growth officer, Target. “That’s why we’re rolling out deals earlier than ever and ensuring our team is ready to help our guests shop when and how they want. Throughout the season, guests will discover new and differentiated items for gifting and gathering, including only-at-Target owned brands and must-have national brands, and they can expect great deals and everyday low prices at every turn for an unmatched holiday shopping experience.”
Here’s a peek at our plans for a joyful holiday season:
Start the season of savings with Target Deal Days
Mark your calendar — early holiday deals are right around the corner as Target Deal Days returns Oct. 6-8. With hundreds of thousands of deep deals across our entire assortment, it’s our biggest Deal Days event yet, and the perfect time to start checking things off your holiday shopping list — from toys and apparel to home décor, stocking stuffers and everyday essentials.
And this year our industry-leading Holiday Price Match Guarantee starts earlier and lasts longer, running Oct. 6 - Dec. 24. That means you can shop with confidence all season long, knowing that if you spot a better Target price, we’ll match it.
Gifting and gathering
Making the holidays bright has never been so easy … or inspiring. Our mix of owned and national brands, Target exclusives and carefully curated assortment of must-have gifts, gathering items and everyday essentials makes Target a one-stop shop for everything holiday, all at an incredible value.
Toys, gifts, entertaining? Check, check, check. Our multiyear partnership with FAO Schwarz brings the beloved toy brand exclusively to Target, Target.com and FAO Schwarz locations, just in time for holiday shopping. (Check out Bullseye’s Top Toys list for even more of the season’s must-have toys.) And our only-at-Target shop-in-shops bring iconic brands like Disney, Apple, Levi’s and Ulta Beauty right to you, whether you’re shopping in stores or online. Ready to feather your holiday nest? We've got the coziest, home-for-the-holidays décor around. Festive food and beverage items, matching family apparel … yes and yes.
Prepped and ready
Our team is already preparing to make every shopping experience joyful, and Target’s supporting them every step of the way. From offering more stable and flexible schedules that help provide desired hours to investing in training opportunities, we’re giving team members the tools they need to have a successful and rewarding season. We also plan to hire up to 100,000 seasonal team members in our stores and supply chain facilities, making sure we have the right teams in the right places for the merry months ahead.
