A Great Value on Toys and Apparel from the Highly Anticipated Movie
This spring, Target® introduces an exclusive collection of product to celebrate the June 18 theatrical release of “Toy Story 3,” presented by Disney and Pixar. The playful assortment features the memorable faces of Woody and Buzz Lightyear and can be found in the Toy Department, with a magical visual display of the movie characters at eye-level and overhead. Items can also be found throughout the store in multiple categories including entertainment, apparel, kids bedding, party supplies and back-to-school accessories making Target a “Toy Story 3” destination.
At Target, the “Toy Story 3” collection will feature more than 100 products at value-driven prices. Exclusive items include the "To the Rescue" Nintendo DS video game, Toy Story Woody Role Play, Glow in the Dark Space Alien, 7-pack of Andy’s Toys, Lego Pizza Planet Truck Building set and Toy Story Chutes & Ladders.
“We are pleased to offer exclusive ‘Toy Story 3’ merchandise and be the shopping destination for our guests,” said Casey Carl, Target, vice president merchandising manager, toys and sporting goods. “Target is excited about the large assortment of products at affordable prices from the highly anticipated movie.”
Target.com/toystory also launched a dedicated “Toy Story 3” boutique on May 2, showcasing the featured and exclusive products from the movie. The one-stop-shop also provides guests an entertaining and interactive experience with the movie’s vibrant characters.
The “Toy Story 3” collection will be available at Target nationwide and on Target.com in May 2010.
