Target announced today the renaming of its newest and largest corporate office in Bangalore to the Gregg W. Steinhafel Center. Formerly known as C2, the facility is renamed after Gregg Steinhafel, Target’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Lalit Ahuja, Target India President, shared the announcement earlier today at the Target India Annual Day meeting, which was attended by Steinhafel, other members of the Target Executive Committee and more than 600 Target India team members.

“The renaming of this facility underscores Target’s commitment to our operations in India and the efforts to further integrate our India and U.S.-based teams,” said Ahuja. “The 2,100 members of the Target India team continue to deliver exceptional results in direct support of Target’s companywide strategy and growth priorities.”

Target is firmly committed to Target India and has invested significant resources since its establishment in 2005. As part of this dedication to Target’s operations in India, the company continues to make team member development and training, cultural alignment, and community involvement a priority.
