If so, you will have success on one of our dynamic teams.

As a Senior International Logistics Analyst, you are responsible for partnering closely with Planning Inventory Management, Third Party Logistics Providers, Domestic First Mile Transportation, and Systems Product teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable import data and system performance. The analyst engages in EDI data monitoring, defect resolution, systems coordination, process development and improvement, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role leverages operational experience, data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and strong partnership skills to improve import execution, strengthen data quality, and meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze third-party EDI data, resolve defects, and lead related import data processes.

  • Manage Third Party Logistics Providers to solve freight-flow and import-data challenges using data analysis and root cause investigation.
  • Partner with Planning Inventory Management, Domestic First Mile Transportation, and Systems Product teams on freight-flow.
  • Analyze, maintain, and configure import systems and related capabilities.
  • Support systems-related projects with multiple interdependencies aligned to supply chain priorities.
  • Support operational routines, EDI integrations, implementation of new capabilities, and system enhancements that improve import data reliability and transportation execution.
  • Establish and document operational processes, controls, and best practices that improve consistency, data quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Use critical thinking and operational analysis to identify risks, recommend solutions, and improve overall import-system reliability.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across business functions to support strategic logistics and data objectives.
  • Provide operational support and assist with escalation management when required.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in international logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, EDI, data, or systems support.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with import, transportation, EDI, or other interdependent systems.
  • Ability to analyze operational and system data and communicate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to frame complex issues and present solutions in diverse settings.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience establishing operational processes, documenting best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Resilience in navigating setbacks and resolving conflicts, with confidence addressing differing viewpoints.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours if needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and major incident escalations.
  • Experience partnering with third-party logistics providers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting import data flows, data monitoring, defect resolution, or integration-related processes.
  • Knowledge of import transportation data standards.
  • Experience supporting system configuration, capability activation, or cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing inventory or using import data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and confidence when managing complex operational or system challenges.
