How Target Brings Its Team Together Around What’s Next

Thousands of Target team members gathered for Target Together 2026, a multi-day event centered on connection, recognition and the work of bringing Target’s strategy to life.

What guests experience at Target is shaped by teams across stores, supply chain, headquarters and global offices. At Target Together, teams connected with colleagues from across the business, heard from Target leaders and inspiring guest speakers, and immersed themselves in plans for the upcoming holiday season.

This year’s theme, Win as One, highlighted the collective strength of one team aligned to one strategy designed to deliver the most delightful experience in retail.

Here’s a look at Target Together 2026.

Together in Minneapolis and beyond. More than 10,000 team members gathered in Minneapolis, with thousands more joining virtually for several days to celebrate Team Target, rally around our strategy and build momentum into Target's biggest season.
Setting our sights on what’s next. At the Win as One main event at the Target Center, CEO Michael Fiddelke and leaders from across the company spoke about the priorities in front of us, from staying close to guests to strengthening our team and showing up for communities.
A first look at holiday. Immersive merchandise showcases gave teams a closer look at the style, value, newness and discovery guests will find throughout the season.
Crossing paths and sharing perspectives. Between sessions and experiences, colleagues from different parts of Target had time to meet, learn from one another and build relationships beyond their everyday work.
