We’ve just wrapped our second all-virtual Fall National — and what a week. The annual celebration invites Target team members from across the country and globe to reflect, rally and celebrate ahead of our busiest time of year. It reminds us of one very important fact: that no matter where we are or what we’re facing, together, we are Target.
This year’s Fall National was all about Target’s culture and how we care, grow and win together. It kicked off with Target’s leadership team and CEO Brian Cornell talking about our durable business model, our holiday 2021 strategy and — of course, our team.
“We have the most talented team in retail," Brian said. “But we keep winning because of our purpose, our values and our culture. That’s going to guide us through the balance of this year.”

The week’s agenda was also loaded with special guests (and Target superfans) joining in to help Team Target feel connected and inspired. From Lin-Manuel Miranda sharing how his work and philanthropic efforts help foster community to Reese Witherspoon discussing how she built the team and winning strategy behind her award-winning company Hello Sunshine — with pop-ins from “Target Growth Lab” experts Angela Duckworth, Jeremy Gutsche, Jay Shetty and so many more — there wasn’t a moment to miss.
