Adrienne Costanzo is executive vice president and chief stores officer for Target and a member of its leadership team. In this role, she leads more than 350,000 team members and oversees the operations of the company’s nearly 2,000 stores.
Adrienne joined Target in 2004 as a leader of frontline team members in one of Target’s stores. Since then, she has held numerous leadership positions across a range of Target’s business operations, including deep expertise in stores as well as roles within human resources and merchandising. Previous roles include vice president roles in stores, human resources and merchandising. In 2023, she was named senior vice president of store operations, during which she led the transformation of the operations and guest experience of Target’s stores.
Adrienne holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Columbia College in Illinois. She currently resides in Minnesota with her family.
