Target Names Casey Carl President, Multichannel

Carl to lead Target.com and serve as Senior Vice President, Merchandising
 
Target Corporation announced today that Casey Carl has been promoted to President, Multichannel and Senior Vice President, Merchandising effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Carl will lead the corporation’s multichannel team overseeing Target’s digital platforms including mobile, social and Target.com. He will also continue to lead the corporation’s entertainment, toys, sporting goods and electronics business.
 
Mr. Carl joined Target in 1997 and has held a variety of leadership positions throughout Merchandising. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Hardlines and as a co-lead on Target’s multichannel steering committee. He brings experience in digital strategy and business integration, as well as online and in-store merchandising, to his new position.
