About Team & Role:

Target Enterprise Services (TES) is a globally integrated organisation focused on delivering operational excellence and enterprise transformation through service operations, procurement, finance, product, analytics, automation, and AI. Operating through a highly collaborative, cross-functional model, TES partners across the enterprise to simplify processes, improve experiences, reduce friction, create scalable capabilities and unlock business value for Guests, team members, vendors, and business partners.

Product Teams at TES are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology, data science and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all products, technology and design work.

As a Director of Product Management, you will set the overall strategic vision for your product portfolio and lead the team in delivering measurable business outcomes. You will establish short- and long-term product goals, define quarterly Objectives and Key Results, prioritise investments, and manage product budgets and financials.

The Director of Product Management based in India is a strategic product leader responsible for accelerating Service Centre product capabilities and AI adoption, strengthening execution rigour, prioritising investments, enabling operational efficiency, and providing leadership across Product, Technology, Data, Design, and Operations teams globally and locally.

Further the role will be responsible for

• Driving day-to-day product excellence and velocity of Cross-functional teams

• Ensuring strong alignment between global product strategy and local execution, especially faster decision making

• Elevating product thinking, maturity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making leveraging Digital-first mindset.

• Serving as the site leader for product team functionally reporting to the US product leader

Detailed Job Description:

Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with execution excellence, fostering strong product and engineering practices, and building high-performing teams. This leader will transform servicing data into actionable enterprise insights, accelerate digital adoption, reduce friction across customer journeys, and create scalable, reusable platforms that strengthen loyalty, improve productivity, and unlock enterprise value.

You will build, coach, and mentor a strong team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of progress, transparency, accountability, and efficiency. You will elevate the team’s performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback and by partnering with senior leaders and peers across pyramids to resolve execution-related barriers.

You will lead product discovery with key stakeholders, validating hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering capacity. You will guide complex work across multiple pyramids and interrelated specialities. You will use data and analytics to assess market context, inform decisions, evaluate product health and effectiveness, understand P&L impact, and provide clear recommendations to key stakeholders.

You will possess or develop a strong understanding of servicing platforms and systems, including data flows, transaction sequences, relevant technologies, and design principles, to enable innovative and scalable solutions across Target.

About you:

· Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

· 10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading product teams, preferably within retail, consumer, or servicing environments.

· Demonstrated experience leading product-driven business transformation.

· Experience managing product portfolios, investment priorities, budgets, financials, and business outcomes.

· Strong understanding of technology, data, analytics, and digital product development.

· Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organisations.

· Expertise in establishing product vision, outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, and success measures.

· Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing product teams.

· Expertise in agile product-development practices, including iterative development, discovery, experimentation, and backlog management.
