Assets Protection Operations Manager, Supply Chain
"My favorite part about being an intern at Target was how hands on this experience was. Throughout my internship I was able to learn processes by doing them firsthand and seeing how they work, which helped me to understand the business and how everything works."
Inventory Analyst, Food & Beverage
"The biggest thing that excited me about coming back to Target after being an intern was Target's culture. Target takes pride and value in hiring team members that have unique perspectives and diverse voices and encourages their employees to bring their authentic selves to work. This stood out to me because I knew that I wouldn't have to change who I am or my values to work at this company and I could just simply be myself. The one team mentality played a big role during my internship, the team was super collaborative, and they did a wonderful job uplifting each other and recognizing each other. This brought a lot of joy and excitement to my day-to-day as an intern."
Stores Executive Intern, Stores
"Target's internship program gives you the chance to work on real projects with tangible impacts. Interns are entrusted with responsibilities that contribute to the company's ongoing initiatives allowing us to gain valuable hands-on experience and make a difference in business. And overall, the most unique thing is being able to enjoy a fun and inclusive culture."
