Discover, define and design holistic end-to-end experiences for Target’s website, app and internal tools. Use design thinking, service design and innovation models to understand and deliver on human needs.
Identify unmet guest and team member needs through quantitative and qualitative methods. You will make informed decisions, supported by feedback and insights, to influence experience initiatives of all scales and types for both internal and external Target experiences.
Informed by industry standards, you will help to ensure that our guest and team members’ interactions are fully accessible for all abilities and identities. Collaborate with our UX Design, Product and Engineering teams to set and hold the bar for inclusive experiences.
Drive commerce by crafting clear, simple language for Target digital experiences and tools. Embrace our curiosity of language and research to deliver a user-centered experience so guests can shop with confidence, no matter what the task.
Enable and empower the UX Design, Product and Engineering teams to operate with speed, simplicity and scale by leveraging a toolkit of design standards, components and guidelines. Enhance our overall efficiency and collaboration, all while elevating and innovating upon our experiences across use cases and surfaces.
Acting as a force multiplier, help our UX team to drive impact at scale by partnering across teams and functions on the dimensions of people, processes, practices and tools. Drive scaled outcomes for Target UX by evangelizing and implementing better and best practices whenever, wherever possible.
