Jim Lee is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Target and a member of its leadership team. He is responsible for Target’s corporate finance, enterprise strategy, enterprise partnerships and corporate development. As the company’s chief financial steward, Jim is responsible for financial planning and analysis, internal audit, compliance with GAAP, investor relations, treasury, tax, risk management and financial services.
Jim joined Target in 2024 after more than 25 years of finance, business and strategy leadership experience at PepsiCo. Most recently, he served as PepsiCo’s deputy chief financial officer.
Jim has served on several boards, including Celsius Holdings, Tropicana Brands Group and the North America Coffee Partnership. He has an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in operations research from Princeton University.
