Jim Lee is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Target and a member of its leadership team. He is responsible for financial planning and analysis, finance capabilities, internal audit, accounting, investor relations, treasury, tax, risk, financial products and services and corporate development.
Jim joined Target in 2024 after more than 25 years of finance, business and strategy leadership experience at PepsiCo. Most recently, he served as PepsiCo’s deputy chief financial officer.
Jim has served on several boards, including Celsius Holdings, Tropicana Brands Group and the North America Coffee Partnership. He currently serves as a trustee on the nonprofit Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts. He has an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in operations research from Princeton University.
