Jeff England is executive vice president and chief supply chain and logistics officer for Target and a member of its leadership team. He oversees Target’s end-to-end supply chain network, including replenishment, fulfillment, global trade and transportation, food & beverage operations, logistics, and distribution. He is focused on accelerating Target’s reliability, speed, and efficiency for guests through technology, engineering and operational excellence.
Jeff joined Target in 2026 with over two decades of supply chain leadership experience across complex retail environments. Most recently, he served as chief supply chain officer at QXO, overseeing modernization and transformation efforts. Prior to that, he was chief supply chain officer at Genuine Parts Company and held a variety of supply chain, strategy, and finance leadership roles at Walmart.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Missouri Southern State University and has served on the board of Junior Achievement of Georgia.
