Grant McGee is executive vice president and chief legal and compliance officer for Target and a member of its leadership team. As the company’s chief legal advisor, he is responsible for Target’s legal, risk and compliance practices as well as its government affairs.
Grant joined Target in 2026 bringing broad-based legal experience across large consumer-facing brands. Most recently, he served as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Kimberly-Clark and prior to that held leadership legal roles at American Airlines and General Electric.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Creighton University and received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University.
