The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Working in Learning and Development- HQ Client Engagement, means you’ll partner with leaders to build and implement learning strategies, that enhance business performance while operating in a dynamic project environment that offers complexity and a variety of work. You’ll help ensure all Target team members have the skills, capabilities, and ongoing development to reach their full potential and fuel our company purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life.

As a Sr. Business Partner L&D, Client Engagement, you will play a crucial role in enabling Generative AI across learning moments. Delivering scalable, business-aligned training and ensuring learning experiences. You’ll provide AI-informed learning frameworks and scalable tools to accelerate responsible and effective use of Generative AI across the organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and translating GenAI concepts into practical, learner-friendly content (e.g., microlearning, workshops, simulations)
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions to build GenAI capability across L&D and business teams
  • Stay current on GenAI trends to inform content updates and innovation
  • Collaborating and coordinating facilitation across business teams
  • Use your project management skills to drive cross-functional teams and training programs to meet required deadlines
  • Leverage your experience to create and deploy measurable learning solutions that enhance business performance

About you:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of practical or professional facilitation experience
  • Strong knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, DALL·E)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training to diverse audiences with strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and previous experience in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional partnerships and build strong relationships and networks internally and externally
  • Experience with instructional design principles and practices is preferred
