Board of Directors & Management

Our Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the business and affairs of our company, which covers a wide range of activities. All of the members of our Board of Directors, other than Brian Cornell, are independent under the listing standards of the NYSE. In addition, none of the members of our Board of Directors, other than Brian Cornell, are current or former employees of Target. The Board of Directors is currently led by Brian Cornell, our chair & CEO, and Monica C. Lozano, our lead independent director.
