As a Senior Manager, Creative Production Design, you will:

• Lead a team of production designers and art directors supporting store-experience and digital marketing channels, helping them learn and grow
• Guide and develop your team while leading channel-specific and production design-focused projects.
• Streamline working models and create efficiencies across processes and build to scale.
• Bring Target’s brand to life through work that reflects an unmistakable Target approach.
• Build and further define production design and creative expertise within Target Creative globally.
• Act as a consultant for process improvement and best practice sharing across teams.
• Serve as the point person for production design on high-profile and business-critical projects.
• Provide clarity during ambiguous moments and articulate strong production design and creative points of view.
• Coach and evaluate work through the lenses of creative execution, guest journey, and marketing objectives.
• Foster strong global partnerships across Marketing & Digital and within Target Creative leadership.
• Evolve how work is executed by championing faster, more effective, and innovative production approaches.
• Develop strategies to meet team and individual goals that align with specific marketing channels and the broader Target Creative vision.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of creative & production execution across a multitude of media channels.
• Deep expertise of working and executing within all marketing channels, especially packaging, print and/or social & digital.
• Understanding of and expertise within creative tools and technology with the ability to learn, apply and iterate within the tools required.
• Ability to guide and coach creative execution at both a macro and micro level and apply a critical eye to work streams for efficiencies.
• Refined presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to align partners in high stakes moments.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop people, including providing meaningful feedback and managing performance.
• Ability to lead a team through challenging and ambiguous moments, with strong leadership qualities including management and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive at seeking solutions to improve processes and elevate the work.
• Strong creative & professional portfolio demonstrating breadth of creative execution capabilities and problem-solving skills.
