MOMIN: For me to show up every single day, to be the best person that I can for my team, to help them strategize and help them through obstacles, I have to invest in myself. And whether that's having peers through the store directive development program or doing things that fills my cup both at work, outside of work. It's almost a requirement for me to be able to show up for my team and my community.
In a warehouse, a worker squats to lift a box off a conveyor belt. A group of workers warm up together on a warehouse floor. A man in a high visibility vest interviews.

ERICA: That is the culture here. Like you show up and you get to be who you are authentically. I've never worried about if I fit in, like it's this huge puzzle and everybody fits in somewhere, and then you get a bright future.
Erica confers with another team member in a store near a display of fresh flowers. Then she nods with a smile as she sits at her desk. The Target bullseye logo appears over a red background.
