I completed a Women’s Leadership course. The course as a whole and what I got out of it was just very inspiring for me. I think by being curious as to what Dream to Be could offer and being bold, by taking the step to “go back to school,” I encompassed Target’s culture. I gained so much more than I expected, had fun while learning, and have been applying what I’ve learned about leadership to my role.

“I currently work as an Associate Planner on the Pets team. When I did my gig, I was an Associate Buyer on the Dairy/Frozen team. I was given the opportunity to create the 2023 Easter Digital Strategy for the Candy team. I worked with category managers and the merchandising team to analyze the assortment in order to curate an online experience that our guest would love! I loved looking at the website this past spring to see my hard work come to life!”
