Latino Heritage Month is almost here, and the Bullseye is ready! This year, we’re bringing our guests stories and resources that support economic inclusivity and entrepreneurship on our year-round Más Que Hub and our first-ever Latino Heritage Month product collection, spotlighting standout Latino creators and businesses. Our focus: to pause, reflect and celebrate the cultural influence, contributions and multidimensionality of the Latino community here at Target, in our communities and beyond. Here are a few ways we’re celebrating — and how you can, too.
Meet the creators on Target.com
Head to the Más Que Hub for inspirational moments of success and resilience from Latino creators, team members and business owners through storytelling and art. Next, you can shop a curated collection of Latino-owned brands, including guest-favorites Siete Foods, Rizos Curls and Pacinos — plus new brands like Cocina54 and Millennial Loteria. Shop Latino Heritage Month at every Target store
For the first time in our history, the Bullseye will feature a cross-category product assortment for Latino Heritage Month that will be available in all stores and online (with more products hitting the shelves throughout September). It includes more than 80 products for the whole fam, including accessories, books, stationery, movies, music, games and more. Created in partnership with Latino designers, businesses and Target team members, every item in the assortment was selected or designed to pay homage to the rich history and diversity of Latino culture, feature Latina empowerment and the importance of family, and support economic inclusivity and entrepreneurship.
Not sure where to start? Here’s Target Senior Buyer Liz Hernandez sharing her perspective on what you’ll find online and on shelves: “We already have so many amazing Latino-owned brands we work with that it felt natural to showcase them in an exclusive collection to further support their businesses, as well as to commission standout Latino artists to create special designs specific to this themed assortment. We are proud to feature several exclusive products for this collection, including select apparel designs from Latino artists Alex Izaguirre of Mamút Creative and Reina Castellanos of ReinaVSReina.”
Here’s Izaguirre on his apparel designs at Target: “I think it’s important for a major retailer to recognize Latinos and provide a platform for Latino heritage, culture, artists, creators and entrepreneurs. I am honored to be part of it, and to have the opportunity to showcase my work in this way.”
Another example of the Latino-owned brands and entrepreneurs featured in this year’s assortment is Mike Alfaro, creator of Millennial Loteria, a modern take on the classic Lotería Mexican bingo game. Alfaro was a participant in Target’s LatinXpo event that helps explore potential partnerships with diverse entrepreneurs and businesses, with the goal of helping suppliers like Alfaro get their products on the shelves at Target.

Target is deeply dedicated to lifting up and advancing Latino team members, empowering Latino-owned businesses and supporting Latino organizations, with more than $1.1 billion invested in the last five years. That investment is ongoing and includes Latino-owned suppliers, media companies, strategic partnerships, philanthropic causes and community organizations such as the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and UnidosUS (both partners for more than 20 years). This year we’ll also sponsor the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s 34th Hispanic Heritage Awards for the eighth consecutive year.
And for Team Target …
Our Hispanic Latino Business Council will host a series of events in the coming weeks for the team. They’ll kick off the month with Latino Business Day and events to recognize the contributions of Latino-owned businesses. Also on the docket: virtual experiences like guest speaker events, cooking classes, panel discussions, wellness activities, educational experiences and more.
