Food Safety & Compliance
Identify, prioritize and minimize areas of food-safety risk as you proactively educate and equip team members with simplified tools, processes and training. You’ll have various resources at your disposal as you monitor and promote compliance in this critical area.
Government Affairs
Utilize your knowledge of local, state and federal legislation to assist and direct internal clients with context and contacts. You’ll work with many external clients and build strong relationships in the political arena, representing Target as a responsible partner to the community.
Risk Management
Facilitate a holistic program for evaluating, preparing for and managing the company’s response to risk events. Whether it's risks associated with merchandise, store operations or corporate policies, you’ll provide guidance on Target’s position regarding issues that impact the business and communities we serve.
Product Quality Assurance
Protect Target's reputation for supplying the highest quality products — assuring guests’ trust and loyalty. Manage product inspection, analyze customer claims and develop new methods that ensure the utmost quality across our categories.
Law
Execute litigation, real estate, corporate, stores and supply chain legal services, as well as compensation and benefits counsel.
