Background
Mr. DePinto served as President and Chief Executive Officer of 7-Eleven, Inc., an international multi-unit retail company, from December 2005 to December 2025. Previously Mr. DePinto served as President of GameStop Corporation, as Chief Operating Officer of Thornton's Quick Cafe and Market, and held leadership positions at PepsiCo.

Mr. DePinto provides the Board with retail industry experience, senior leadership, human capital management, capital deployment, financial management, digital tools / technology, global supply chain, sustainability and governance, risk management, and reputation management skills developed over his 35 years of service. In addition, his service on other public company boards has enhanced those skills and strengthens the Board’s collective oversight capability. He currently serves as the Independent Chairman of Brinker International, and previously served on the boards of 7&I Holdings (Tokyo, Japan), OfficeMax, Jo-Ann Stores, and DHC Acquisition Corp.
