About the role:

We have multiple Lead UX Designer roles within our Guest UX (GUX) team that put you at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience—shaping the way millions of guests interact with Target every day across web, mobile, and app platforms. • Leverage your influence to champion user-centric outcomes within and across product experiences
  • Effectively facilitate multiple cross functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teams
  • Produce high-quality design deliverables throughout the process, including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth in craft and critical thinking.
  • Investigate using both qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Promote and advance a culture of human-centered design across UX, product, and engineering
  • Build a network of relationships to enable your vision in service of enterprise experiences and tools and Target as a whole

About you:

  • 7+ years' experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design work
  • You thrive at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft

  • Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach
  • Skilled at balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision
  • You are an expert in communicating how design connects to, serves, and improves business outcomes
