You’ll drive transformation through innovation, digital engagement, and strong cross-functional collaboration, directly influencing enterprise strategy and Guest loyalty. From shaping strategy to managing P&Ls, your work helps position Target as a destination for simple, smart, and accessible financial solutions.

As the Director Payment Acceptance on the Financial Products & Services (FPS) team, you will lead the strategy and execution of Payment Acceptance across Target’s enterprise, spanning stores, digital, and third-party platforms. Internally, you will collaborate across a highly matrixed environment, partnering with Product, Digital, Loyalty, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Finance to align priorities, navigate complexity, and deliver results.

Blending commercial strategy, technical understanding, financial discipline, and trusted cross-functional leadership, you will play a key role in modernizing how Target accepts payments today while building for the future of commerce.
