As a Lead Consultant on the Leadership Development team, you will apply your end-to-end learning and development expertise, spanning needs analysis, design, development, and facilitation, to build high-impact learning experiences for leaders across the enterprise. • Lead cross functional collaboration, contributing subject matter expertise and co-creating content with other learning and development practitioners and HR partners, to deliver scalable leadership development solutions.
  • Translate theory into practice by integrating adult learning principles, behavior change models, and leadership research into practical, business-relevant development strategies.
  • Apply strategic thinking and systems design to connect learning solutions with broader talent strategies, leveraging tools such as assessments, leadership models, and performance data to inform solutions.
  • Evaluate impact and effectiveness of leadership development programs through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, continuously improving experiences to meet evolving enterprise and learner needs.

  • Strong consulting background

  • Effectively lead large complex cross-functional efforts and programs (includes robust project management, root cause analysis, and strategy development)
  • Experience in leadership curriculum development and program management
  • Project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver outstanding results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate and present in both large and small group settings (in-person and virtually)
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, influencing without formal authority
