  • Translate the enterprise data strategy and architectural blueprints into actionable, scalable, and secure solution designs across ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and AI/ML activation layers.
  • Embed architectural patterns that support real-time, event-driven, and AI-augmented solutions.
  • Partner with data scientists, product, and engineering teams to power real-time, predictive, and prescriptive insights.

Platform Modernization and Delivery:

  • Drive adoption of GenAI-enabled capabilities and automation within the modern data platform.

Data Quality and Governance by Design:

  • Embed governance, metadata, and lineage standards into every solution to enhance trust, compliance, and discoverability.
  • Design for self-service analytics and consistent data experiences across business domains.
  • Partner with governance teams to uphold enterprise standards for data quality and responsible AI.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

  • Partner with enterprise architects and senior leaders to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
  • Mentor solution designers and engineers, elevating solution quality and design thinking across the org.

About you:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Continuing education to maintain thorough knowledge of technical domains along with staying current in latest technologies
  • 12+ years of experience in solution architecture and technology development with deep expertise in data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise-scale integrations
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning and setting technical direction
  • Proven track record driving large-scale, cross-functional data modernization initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Experience influencing enterprise architecture, data governance, and/or product strategy across multiple teams or domains
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to balance business value, technical feasibility, and user experience in design decisions
  • Executive presence and storytelling ability to simplify complex architecture for senior audiences
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns (data mesh, data products, event streaming, AI/ML enablement)
  • Demonstrated experience designing cloud-native systems with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and quality practices at scale
