More than 2,500 new and exclusive toys
That’s nearly twice as many as we had last year—and we’ve also deepened our inventory of the hottest new toys, nostalgic favorites and more. Looking for ideas? A quarter-million additional square feet for toys
This November, we’ll reallocate space across nearly 500 stores to make room for even more toys. Here, we’ll showcase products like electric ride-on vehicles, playhouses, outdoor playsets and more from top brands like Power Wheels, KidKraft, Melissa & Doug, Gund and Playmobil.
… On top of that, fully reimagined toy departments in remodeled stores
More than 100 of our remodeled stores now have an updated toys experience with a new layout, oversized displays featuring popular characters and brands like LEGO and Our Generation dolls (pictured above), and interactive play experiences (below). We’ve even moved the kids’ books department right next to the toy department to create a world catered to our littlest guests.
Digital surprises in our Kids’ Gifting Catalog
Our long-awaited catalog arrives in homes next week and in stores Oct. 28, with more pages for toys than last year. Even cooler? Its new, built-in scanning technology. Use the Target app’s barcode scanner to hover over any page, pull up a list of the products on it, learn more and add them to your shopping cart in a snap.

By popular demand, we’re hosting more of our family-friendly events at local Target stores across the country, bringing guests 25,000+ hours of fun and giveaways throughout the season.
