As district team leader of Target’s Dallas-area stores, Catherine Helm leads a team of more than 1,000 as they serve our guests every day and support their community—but that’s only one of the hats she wears. As a mother, wife, daughter and U.S. Army veteran, she’s found deeper purpose in learning to lead, building strong relationships with others and giving back toward things bigger than herself.
Work and parenthood can be a lot to balance, but Catherine sees no reason why she (and anyone else) can’t be great at both.
