It’s no surprise that Anna Kaiser is a busy, busy woman. Not only did the celebrity trainer and founder of the boutique fitness brand AKT recently launch her C9 Champion Limited Edition by Anna Kaiser apparel and accessories collection at Target, she just gave birth to an adorable baby boy, Brooks Emerson Wesley

With photo shoots, endless emails, family time and a full-time job, we had to know: How does she get it all done? Below, Anna dishes on new mom duties, work-life balance and how she unwinds at the end of the day.

6:00 a.m. Or so… (Every day is different with this new mommy schedule) I officially pop out of bed to the sounds of coos from the new little baby boy. He’s two weeks now and makes the sleepless nights SO worth it. Once I officially rise and shine, I always grab some alkaline water, some coffee and a snack, usually a Pure Protein bar with  some fresh berries, or a quick protein smoothie. These days I need to keep myself very well hydrated and well fed!

8:30 a.m. — I start catching up on my work at home—answering emails, finishing projects and taking calls. I attempt to have two private hours where I can go through my inbox and organize my to-do list for the day. Being the CEO of AKT is not just about training and teaching classes all day. We run three studios and two full-time pop ups, produce monthly fitness videos for AKT On Demand, create fresh content every two weeks for studio and transformation clients and have amazing partnerships with companies like Target. None of this happens by accident! Getting my priorities down is imperative to getting everything done.

10:30 a.m. — It’s time for social posts—checking in with my followers and putting together a new playlist to keep my private clients, my classes and myself motivated for the day!

11:00 a.m. — Time for a break to feed and change my little man. He loves The Honest Company diapers and wipes (especially when I warm them up first) and then I swaddle him up in the Hudson Baby Modern flannel receiving blanket to keep him warm. I have to say, ever since I covered the bottom of his bassinet with the Super Soft Plush Blanket by Circo, he has slept like, well, a baby! And mama grabs a snack—almonds and a green juice to refresh while breast-feeding.

12:30 p.m. — Time to get back to work and order lunch. Being in New York, there are amazing healthy options for a quick, no fuss lunch. I order a salad or sushi (yay! I can finally enjoy sushi again) while I settle in for my afternoon work shift.

2:00 p.m. — My parents come over for a quick coffee/tea catch up and they stay to take Harlie (my mini Australian shepherd) out for a walk and then take over baby duty while I get ready for a video shoot.

3:00 p.m. — My hair and makeup team arrives to help me prep for a video shoot with Target, while my assistant runs through notes with me. If I have a free minute, it’s a great time to check in with our community around the world on social media. I love hearing from you guys!

4:30 p.m. — Time for a photoshoot downtown! Today we are prepping for our Facebook Live class! I will be checking in with our clients across the nation and rehearsing for our Happy Hour class that can be accessed anywhere at anytime for free on Facebook and YouTube.

Anna's healthy dinner

7:30 p.m. — I race home to make it back for dinner and Brooks’ evening meal and routine. My husband is home and will take the dog out and make dinner while I bathe and feed the baby. Brooks LOVES bath time already! I use the Fisher Price baby bathtub with a newborn sling and Mustela shampoo and bath soap.

9:00 p.m. — My husband and I catch up over dinner, which can be salmon and asparagus with a glass of wine or sparkling water, or spelt pasta with homemade sauce (a great, easy Vitamix recipe) in candlelight to help us relax a bit and rehash the day. My husband is a hair restoration surgeon with a private practice in NYC, so quite often we act as sounding boards for each other, or we cuddle up to one of our favorite shows (currently loving This Is Us and Modern Family).

10:30 p.m. — Time for bed! We alternate taking the evening shift with the baby and this is usually his next feeding time. By this time in the day, I am finishing my third liter of water and making sure to take my vitamin D, Folate, Biotin and prenatal vitamin supplements. I don’t think crawling into those sheets has ever felt better!

The C9 Champion Limited Edition by Anna Kaiser 16-piece collection is now available in select Target stores and on Target.com for $12.99 - $41.99, and will be offered in sizes XS – 4X for women.
