Bringing home baby? Congrats! Now that you’re officially in your “fourth trimester”—the first three months after baby is born—there’s plenty to do. And if there’s anyone who knows how to get through it with grace and ease, it’s TV host and mother of three Jacky Bracamontes, who recently put the finishing touches on a gorgeous nursery for her newborn daughter, Renata.

This past weekend, Jacky hosted a butterfly-themed sip and see for Renata, so friends and family could come over and meet the new baby—and boy is she cute! After the event, we caught up with Jacky to get a few of her expert tips on transitioning back into life with an infant, below:

You can’t do it all:
“Whether it’s your husband or your parents, friends or a nanny, be open to help from others. If you have more than one child, teach your kids to coexist. As big sisters, Jacky and Carolina have been a part of Renata’s daily routine since day one, which has given me the opportunity to spend time with my older girls while tending to the needs of baby Renata.”

Good products make the transition easier:
“There are a few products I recommend to new moms to help them relax, feel and look great during the fourth trimester. The one that tops my list is the MonBaby Smart Button Baby Monitor. It easily snaps onto the baby’s clothing, measures movement and sends breathing movements, body position and fall detection notifications straight to my phone. As a mom who travels often, it’s nice to know that I can easily stay connected to Renata.”

Find a workout that you enjoy:
“I just discovered indoor cycling and I’m obsessed with this reinvented form of spinning in a fun environment with pumping beats and flashing lights! For my spin classes I usually pair leggings with a dry fit tank top.”

Make pampering a priority:
“We can’t lose sight of our beauty routine during these 12 weeks! The trick to being consistent during this busy time is simplicity. By opting for multi-use products like Pixi’s MultiBalm and the Undercover Liquid Concealer by Sonia Kashuk, you’ll cut the time it takes to do your make-up in half and still look flawless.”

Keep entertaining laid-back and simple:
“A Sip and See is a great way to entertain guests and give them the opportunity to come and go as they please, meet the baby, honor mom, catch up with one another, and snack on light bites and cocktails. For Renata’s sip and see, we decided on a butterfly themed tea party, because my daughters and I love butterflies. We selected décor from the Pillowfort collection and party supplies from Spritz because they are whimsical and elegant. For Renata, we wanted an outfit that is comfortable yet stylish so we went to Target and selected a few pieces from the Cat & Jack collection including a graphic onesie, a bright pink tutu, and a matching floral headband.”
