Earlier this year, Target launched Pillowfort, a new home collection of kids’ furniture, bedding and décor featuring more than 1,200 Target-exclusive items, which is getting rave reviews from kids and parents alike! What’s not to love about modern, mix-and-match pieces at great prices?

Wanting to inspire guests and show off Pillowfort’s versatility, we invited three lifestyle bloggers—The Hunted InteriorHi Sugarplum! and Emily A. Clark—to transform a space in their homes using items from the collection. The makeovers did not disappoint.

See how these talented ladies incorporated items like a lion’s head wall bust, an ice cream cone pillow and dinosaur wall art into their homes, below!

“The space was a bit of a blank canvas, so incorporating the Pillowfort items into the existing space helped to bring some fun and function,” says Kristin. “My entire design was based on the idea of clustering these adorable stuffed animal heads together.  I also knew that the banquette would be the perfect location for a mix of Pillowfort’s collection of throw pillows.”

“The entire Pillowfort collection is so stylish, it fit seamlessly into our space without making it look like a cheap kid zone,” says Cassie. “In fact, I'm sure several of the items will end up in other parts of the house. I like that the pieces reflect my daughter's personality, without being overly juvenile. Plus, the price points are so affordable!”

“I chose the Pillowfort bookcase and activity table for their simple design,” says Emily. “I felt like both pieces could grow with the kids if I wanted to change the look of the room later. I used the striped fabric cubes, the small stackable bins and the large woven baskets for storage. They’re perfect for holding gaming equipment and art supplies. I also used the fun pink tuffets, because how can you not use a tuffet in a playroom?!”
